Westhampton Beach- The Westhampton Beach Fire Department responded to

a 2 vehicle MVA at the intersection of Montauk Highway and South Country

Road in Westhampton Beach on Tuesday, May 1^st at 12:28 pm.

Firefighters assisted EMTs from the Westhampton War Memorial Ambulance and

the Southampton Town police.

The two drivers were transported by ambulance to an area hospital. The extent

of injuries is not known.

Firefighters were on scene for twenty minutes and the

accident is under investigation by the Southampton Town Police Department.
